A Prepaid Run is one run of EvidenceRoster, sold for US$49 (USD). You pay once, in advance, and an unused Prepaid Run does not expire while your account is kept. A Run finds Targets that match the ideal customer profiles you write and drafts outreach backed by public evidence.
EvidenceRoster is operated by Dinesh Balaji, an individual. Orders are taken by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, who handles payment, tax and receipts.
Use EvidenceRoster lawfully, including the rules that apply to the outreach you send. You are responsible for what you send to Targets.
Targets, evidence and outreach drafts are produced with the help of language models and public web pages. They can be wrong or out of date. Check every draft and its evidence before you send it. We do not guarantee that a Run finds any Targets or that any Target will reply.
Do not use EvidenceRoster to send spam, to deceive anyone, or in breach of any law that applies to your outreach. We may suspend an account that does, and we may refuse a Run we reasonably believe is abusive.
EvidenceRoster is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a Run is limited to the amount you paid for that Prepaid Run, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.
