If a Run can't complete, your Prepaid Run is returned automatically.
This covers a Run that ends with no Targets because a vendor we depend on stopped, or because the search returned no pages at all. You do not need to ask; the Prepaid Run is credited back to your balance.
A Run that finds pages but no company that matches your Rubric is a finished Run, and its Prepaid Run is used.
A Run that completes is used up. For anything else, write to support@evidenceroster.com; our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, applies its own refund terms.
If you were charged twice for the same order, write to us and we will sort it out with Dodo Payments.
