Card details go to our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. We never see them.
We use these processors to do the work of a Run. Each receives only what its job needs.
These processors may handle your data outside your own country, including in the United States.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
When you prove your email we set one cookie, er_identity, that keeps you logged in for 30 days. It is strictly necessary to run your account. Your browser's local storage keeps your drafts and Run history on your device. We run no advertising or analytics cookies.
We keep your account record, Run results and drafts for 180 days after you last used EvidenceRoster, then delete them automatically. If you still hold an unused Prepaid Run we keep your account until it is used. A mailed link expires after one hour and works once. Payment records are also held by Dodo Payments under its own policy.
Email support@evidenceroster.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, at any time and without waiting for the 180 days. We act on the request from the address on your account. Deleting your account also forfeits any unused Prepaid Run.
A Run reads public business websites and drafts messages to business contacts it finds there. It uses only information the Target has made public. Each Run reads public sites fresh, so we cannot promise a site will never appear in a later Run. If you are a Target, email support@evidenceroster.com with your site and we will delete the stored results about it that we can find.
If a security incident exposes your data, we will email you at your account address without undue delay and tell you what was affected.
If we change this policy we update the date above.
